WE ARRANGE ELOPEMENTS + PETITE CEREMONIES

We are a small team of wedding officiants, photographers, and coordinators who got together to arrange simple, no-frills, all-inclusive intimate ceremonies in the Orlando area for couples eloping and intimate destination weddings.  We book the venue, help you obtain your Florida marriage license ahead of time, arrange beautiful flowers, get you married, and take beautiful photos.  Easy. Simple. FUN!

What makes us different from other ceremony coordinators is that all of our packages include everything you need for your ceremony including the Florida marriage license (we are one of the few coordinators in the State authorized to help couples obtain their Florida marriage license by mail) and bridal flowers. BOTANICAL GARDEN ELOPEMENT PACKAGE - $1,499

 This is one of our most popular ceremony packages and it includes:

  1. The Venue -  Your ceremony will be held at beautiful Harry P. Leu Gardens located right in the middle of Orlando. The gardens contain nearly 50 acres of landscaped grounds and lakes, with meandering trails shaded by 200-year-old oaks and forests of camellias. Our elopement ceremonies are held at their Courtyard Gazebo (photo below).
    • Ceremonies are held Monday - Friday at 9AM, 11:30AM, 1PM, and 3:30PM
    • This package is perfect for couples eloping without guests. However, the venue allows  up to 22 people total. Please be advised that guest seating is NOT available with this package per venue's rules. Everyone stands during the ceremony.
  2. Ceremony Officiant (The person who performs the ceremony)
    • Access to our beautiful collection of vows for inspiration
    • The Officiant files the marriage license after the ceremony as required by State law.
  3. Florida Marriage License by Mail Service
    • We will help you obtain you license ahead of time so that it would be ready the day of your wedding.
    • This service required at least three weeks advanced notice. A license is NOT needed for vows renewals.
  4. Professional Photographer includes:
    • The photographer will take photos throughout the ceremony followed by a photo session with the couple around the venue.
    • The couple will receive all of their digital photos with print rights. (Average 75-100 photos)
  5. Bride's bouquet and matching groom's boutonniere
    • Your choice of roses, daisies, and/or carnations in your choice of available natural colors

Please add 7% sales tax to package price.
A $600 Nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve this package
The balance is due 2 months prior your wedding.

MAITLAND ART CENTER ceremony PACKAGE - $1,699

This package includes:

  1. The Venue - The Maitland Art Center was founded as an art colony in 1937 by visionary American artist and architect, André Smith (1880-1959).   The Art Center is one of the few surviving examples of “Mayan Revival” or fantasy architecture in the Southeast. In 2014 the Maitland Art Center became a National Historic Landmark. You will experience a truly unique atmosphere as you enter the enchanting chapel. Its intimate size only enhances the ornate sculptures and carved floors of this inspired space, featuring a small pond you can stand on to recite your vows.
    • This package is available Monday -Thursday between 10AM - 3:00 PM.
    • This package is available for up to 22 people total including the bride and groom.  Guest seating is not provided,  but it may be added (up to 20) for an additional $100 service fee.
  2. Ceremony Officiant (The person who gets you married). All of our packages include:
    • Access to our beautiful collection of vows for inspiration

PARADISE COVE ceremony PACKAGE - $1,699 or *$1,999 w/upgrades

Paradise Cove is a beautiful lakefront venue located right next door to the Disney area. This venue is popular with couples who are staying in the Orlando/Disney area, want a water-front ceremony similar to our beach wedding packages, but don't want to drive over an hour to the beach.

This package is perfect for both elopements and small weddings and it includes:

  1. The Venue - Paradise Cove is a cozy lakefront venue conveniently located next to the Disney (R) area. If you are getting married and prefer a waterfront ceremony near the Themed parks, this location is perfect for you.
    • Ceremonies are held Monday - Friday between 10:0AM - 2:00 PM
    • This package accommodates up to 22 people total including the bride and groom. It's also available for couples only, however, package price does not change.
    • Complimentary guest seating (20 max) is provided by the venue if needed.
    • *Deluxe upgrade  - $1,999 package price. It includes chair sashes, fresh flowers for the arch, mason jars with fresh roses hanging from the aisle chairs, and fresh rose petals
  2. Ceremony Officiant (The person who gets you married). All of our packages include:
    • Access to our beautiful collection of vows for inspiration
    • The Officiant files the marriage license after the ceremony as required by State law.
  3. Florida Marriage License by Mail Service
    • We will help you obtain you license ahead of time so that it would be ready the day of your wedding.

BOTANICAL GARDEN SMALL WEDDING - $2,199

If you love this location but would like to offer seating to your guests or if you think you might have more than 20 attendees, this package is perfect for you.  This package includes:

  1. The Venue - Your ceremony will be held at beautiful Harry P. Leu Gardens. Standard ceremonies at the gardens include:
    • Ceremonies are held Monday - Friday at 10:00 AM (9:00 AM bridal prep) or 4:00 PM (3:00 PM bridal prep).
    • Choice of premium ceremony site.  Our favorite sites include The Rose Garden (photos below) and the shaded Museum Lawn (Photo above. Highly recommended during warm months.)
    • Bridal room for both bride and groom to get ready before the ceremony (available with this package only)
    • Complimentary seating for guests
    • This package accommodates up to 50 people.
  2. Complimentary weekday (Mon-Thurs) rehearsal with the venue coordinator by request
  3. Prerecorded processional and recessional music from PA system
  4. Ceremony Officiant (The person who gets you married). All of our packages include:
    • Access to our beautiful collection of vows for inspiration
    • The Officiant files the marriage license after the ceremony as required by State law.
  5. Florida Marriage License by Mail Service
    • We will help you obtain you license ahead of time so that it would be ready the day of your wedding.

FAQ'S + DETAILS

How does everything work?

  • Decided on a wedding date and a package. Contact us via email with that information so that we can check availability with the venue. 
  • If the date and venue you want is available, secure your date with an electronic agreement and paid retainer. Our team secures the venue for you.
  • You will receive a special marriage license application so that we can help you obtain your Florida marriage license by mail ahead of time. (Read below more our Florida marriage license details).
  •  As we get closer to the date, you will receive a link to a short electronic questionnaire, where you get to make your flower selections, and and give us all the information we need to make your day special.
  • The day of the wedding all you need to do is show up with your rings and get married!

Are travel, transportation, and/or accommodations included?
No. We only provide the actual ceremony service and do not arrange accommodations or transportation. The "resort" packages listed on the website do not include accommodations and you are NOT required to stay on their property to get married there.

Can I bring my own Officiant or Photographer?
Unlike traditional wedding planning services, when you book a package with us you are hiring your ceremony vendors directly and not paying coordination fees, therefore, if you already have your own ceremony vendors, we are not the right company for you.

Which packages allows guests?
All packages allow guests. However, guest seating is NOT available with the elopement package. All attendees stand up during the ceremony with the elopement package.

Are all your packages available weekdays only?
Yes.

How long is the ceremony?
Packages include a maximum of one-hour total time including ceremony and photos. Generally, the entire event will take approximately 90 minutes to two hours from arrival to finish.

Is there a place to change?
No. You need to arrive dressed and ready to start with all the packages, except for the Botanical Garden Small wedding, which includes the use of the venue's bridal room with their standard rental fee (NOT available with elopements). 

We are eloping, just the two of us, but we're interested in one of your Intimate Weddings' venue. Is that possible?
Absolutely. However, please be advised that the venue will not discount their fees for less attendees. Therefore, the price will stay the same, even though it's just the two of you.

Is sitting for guests available?
Seating is not available nor possible with the Elopement Packages. Most intimate wedding packages do include guest seating. Please read your preferred package's description to find out if guest seating is available and/or included.

Can I have a bridal party?
You may have a small bridal party of one two people stand with you with the Intimate ceremony packages. They count towards your total guest attendance too. Elopements are meant for simple, short and sweet ceremonies. Bridal entrance, processionals and bridal parties are not arranged with elopements. 

Do you have reception packages?
We don't have reception packages. Please refer to suggestions below.

Can you suggest a restaurant for after ceremony in Orlando?
The following Orlando area restaurants arrange private dinning for small groups: 310 Park South, Seasons 52, Kres Chop House, Eddie V's SeafoodLe Coq au Vin (French Dinning), Chez Vincent, The Capital Grille, Ceviche, Christinis, Fogo de Chao (Brazilian Steakhouse), Bice Ristorante, Chatham's Place Restaurant, and Roy's.

What happens if it rains?
All other Orlando venues have a small covered area we can use for your ceremony in case of rain. The best way to avoid rain during our rain season (June - September) is to schedule a morning ceremony because rain is most common in the afternoon.

Do we meet before the ceremony or can we meet up in person to discuss our ceremony?
No, we don't.  You will meet us for the first time the day of the ceremony, a few minutes before we start. However, we will communicate via phone and email, as many times as you need us, to make sure all the details are taken care of the day of your ceremony. In addition, the day of your ceremony, the coordinator will send you a text, so that you can contact her on her cell phone if you need to talk to us right away.

Do I need a marriage license from Florida even though I don't live there?
Yes, you do. You always need to obtain a marriage license at the State you are getting married at, regardless of where you live.

We are already legally married. Do we need a marriage license?
No, you do not. Vows renewals do not need a license because you are already married. If you are renewing your vows, please discount the license fee ($100) from the package price.

I don’t live in Florida. Do I need a Florida marriage license to get married in Florida?
Yes, you do. You get a marriage license at the State you are getting married at, no matter where you live. Click here for details.

Is a Florida marriage valid at my Country?
A marriage performed in Florida is valid anywhere in the US, Canada, and the UK. For other Countries, please contact your local registrar for details. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.

What are the requirements to get married in Florida?
To get married in Florida:

  • You must obtain a Florida marriage license no earlier than 60 days prior the ceremony (we help you with that!)
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • There is NO residency or waiting-period for non-Florida residents. Florida residents ONLY must wait 3 days after they obtain their license to get married.
  • All you need is a valid State ID or Driver's License
  • If you don't live in the States, all you need is a valid passport
  • You do NOT need a Social Security card - only the number. If you are not a US Citizen, you don't need a Social Security Number.
  • You do NOT need birth certificates or divorce papers.  If you've been married before, all you need to know is the exact DATE of your divorce.

How does the Florida marriage license by mail works?
Simple. You will complete a special application and email it to us with a copy of your State photo ID. Our team will request the license on your behalf and send it to you via email. You would need to print the license, have your signatures notarized back home, then send it to us via Postal Mail. Once we receive it back from you, we take care of the rest to make it legal and ready for your day!

How is the weather like during my chosen date?

Can I write and read/recite my own vows?
Of course you can! You should be free to express how you feel about each other on your own way!

Do you perform same-sex ceremonies?
Yes, we do!

What’s included with the photography?
The photographer starts taking photos when the ceremony starts, followed a photo session around the venue. Packages include up to one (1) hour of photographer’s time on location including the ceremony. The couple will receive a link to download their photos with a print release approximately four weeks later. We don’t burn disks. Photos are sent electronically and you can burn your own disks as you please.

Can I extend the photographer's time to include bridal preparations and/or reception coverage?
Continuous photography coverage is available for an additional $300 fee per hour for couples who book the Botanical Garden Small Wedding package and are getting ready and/or having a reception at the same location.  Continuous coverage means no break time between billed coverage.

How far in advanced can I reserve your services or a package?
We are accepting reservations through the end of 2018. However, please be advised that some venue do not book more than a year out.

What happens if I have to postpone my date?
You will have to sign a new agreement and submit a new retainer. Remember – retainers are used to retain a date. If you no longer need/want that date, that date will remain open because we turned people away for your date. Therefore, retainers are NOT transferable.

What happens after I book a package?
Our team will get to work right away! If you booked a paid venue, we will secure the venue right away. You will also receive a detailed email with all the information you need to plan your wedding, step-by-step. Our goal is for you to show up the day of your wedding and have fun!

STEP 2

Confirm your wedding date with a paid retainer and a signed electronic agreement. After your payment is received, our team will secure the venue.


STEP 3

You will receive step-by-step information to process start your marriage license paperwork and choose your flowers. The day of your ceremony all you need to do is show up and get married!

WHO WE ARE

FOUNDERS + PHOTOGRAPHERS

We are Hector and Mya, owners of Negroni Studio.  We are published professional photographers, certified wedding planners, parents to four beautiful girls and two spoiled dogs.  We started our wedding company in 2004 as Florida Wedding Services. Our brand later evolved specializing in beach weddings for a few years (Beach Weddings in Florida), and in 2014 we decided to arrange elopements in the Orlando area under our studio name.

Since 2004 we’ve had the privilege and honor of celebrating love with more than 1,500 couples from around the world!  Orlando is the best place to get married in Florida. There is so much to do in addition to the Themed Parks and tourist attractions.  That's why so many of our couples keep coming back year after year. We are so lucky to be able to keep in touch throughout the years with so many couples. :-)

WEDDING COORDINATOR

Alexandra is our Wedding Coordinator.  She is a recent graduate from Florida International University with an Events Management major. Alexandra is committed to continue with the family tradition of providing a simple stress-free wedding experience to our couples.  Her addition to our team will enhance our packages by providing continuous assistance and support to our clients.  She is also available as an added "Day of" wedding coordination service to any of our packages. Day of coordination services is ideal for couples who need assistance planning a reception in addition to our ceremony packages.

 

BEACH DECOR DESIGNER

Nerissa is our setup designer.  She is in charge of transforming your ceremony spot into the perfect location to exchange vows.  Hours before your guests arrive, Nerissa arrives to the beach, chooses the best ceremony spot at that time, and arranges your arch or canopy, chairs, and everything including with your package.  Nerissa is also an experienced photographer with her own photography studio. She is local to the area, so if you and your family staying in town around for a while and would love to schedule a family portrait session, she's the gal you want to talk to! Just send us a quick email requesting her contact information.
