Our goal is to make it easy for you. All you need to do is show up and get married!

We arrange elopements for 2 and intimate ceremonies with no more than 22 people total.  All of our packages include a beautiful venue in the Orlando area, the ceremony Officiant (the person who gets you married or renews your vows), the Florida marriage license arranged by mail ahead of time, a professional photographer with all your photos, and a beautiful bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere!

LEU GARDENS ELOPEMENT - $1,499

Your ceremony package includes:

  1. The Venue -  Your ceremony will be held at beautiful Harry P. Leu Gardens located right in the middle of Orlando. The gardens contain nearly 50 acres of landscaped grounds and lakes, with meandering trails shaded by 200-year-old oaks and forests of camellias.  Your ceremony will be held at their beautiful Courtyard Gazebo. After the ceremony, you will stroll through this beautiful garden with the photographer taking photos.
    • This package is available Monday-Saturday, subject to venue availability.
  2. Notary Officiant (the person who performs the ceremony service)
    • The Officiant files the marriage license after the ceremony as required by State law.
  3. The Florida Marriage License by Mail Service
    • We will help you obtain you license ahead of time so that it would be ready the day of your wedding.
    • This service required at least four weeks advanced notice. A license is NOT needed for vows renewals.
  4. Bridal Flowers:
    • A rose bouquet and a matching boutonniere in your choice of natural color (white, pink, red, peach, lavender, etc.)
  5. Professional Photographer includes:
    • The photographer will take photos throughout the ceremony followed by a photo session with the couple around the venue.
    • The couple will receive all of their digital photos with print rights. (Average 50+ photos)

Please add 7% sales tax to package price.
A $600 nonrefundable retainer is required to book this package.
The balance is due 2 months prior your wedding.

KRAFT AZALEA GARDEN ELOPEMENT - $1,599

This package includes:

  1. Venue Fees - Kraft Azalea Gardens is small  public park located on the shore of a popular lake in a beautiful residential area in Orlando.  This lakefront park is shaded by enormous cypress trees. Ceremonies are held in front the the lakefront Exedra.
    • This package is available weekdays only.
    • Although this is a paid venue, please be advised this is a public park.
    • There is also NO backup location in case of rain. 
    • We recommend this location for couples eloping without guests or only a handful of attendees.  The venue allows up to 22 people total, however, guest seating is NOT available and only a handful of parking spots available to the public.
  2. Notary Officiant (the person who performs the ceremony service)
    • The Officiant files the marriage license after the ceremony as required by State law.
  3. The Florida Marriage License by Mail Service
    • We will help you obtain you license ahead of time so that it would be ready the day of your wedding.

This package is for both elopements and petite weddings and it includes:

  1. The Venue -  Your ceremony will be held at Cypress Grove Park's lakefront gazebo
    • This venue is perfect for couple's only elopement but it also accommodates sitting guests if needed
    • Complimentary guest seating is provided by the venue if needed
    • This package is available weekdays only.
  2. Ceremony Officiant (the person who performs the ceremony service)
    • The Officiant files the marriage license after the ceremony as required by State law.
  3. The Florida Marriage License by Mail Service
    • We will help you obtain you license ahead of time so that it would be ready the day of your wedding.

MAITLAND ART CENTER ELOPEMENT - $1,699

This package includes:

  1. The Venue - The Maitland Art Center was founded as an art colony in 1937 by visionary American artist and architect, André Smith (1880-1959).   The Art Center is one of the few surviving examples of “Mayan Revival” or fantasy architecture in the Southeast. In 2014 the Maitland Art Center became a National Historic Landmark. You will experience a truly unique atmosphere as you enter the enchanting chapel. Its intimate size only enhances the ornate sculptures and carved floors of this inspired space, featuring a small pond you can stand on to recite your vows.
    • This package is only available Monday -Thursday only.
  2. Ceremony Officiant (the person who performs the ceremony service)
    • The Officiant files the marriage license after the ceremony as required by State law.
  3. The Florida Marriage License by Mail Service

  1. The Venue - Paradise Cove is a cozy lakefront venue conveniently located next to the Disney (R) area. 
    • Exchange vows under their lakefront rustic archway surrounded by beautiful Cypress trees
    • Complimentary guest seating provided by the venue if needed.
    • This venue is available weekdays only. However, last-minute Saturday mornings might be available for an additional $300 venue fee, subject to venue's availability.
  2. Ceremony Officiant (the person who performs the ceremony service)
    • The Officiant files the marriage license after the ceremony as required by State law.
  3. The Florida Marriage License by Mail Service
    • We will help you obtain you license ahead of time so that it would be ready the day of your wedding.

    • Complimentary guest seating if needed provided by the venue

    • Fresh floral arrangements on the arbor
    • Sashes for the chairs
    • Fresh rose petals aisle way
    • Add draping to the arbor for an additional $100 fee (provided by venue).

LEU GARDENS PETITE WEDDING - $2,199

We call this package "Petite Plus" because you may have more than 20 guests attend with this package.  In addition, when you book this package, the venue includes complimentary guest seating and you get additional "perks" including the use of the bridal room one hour prior the ceremony and a premium ceremony spot.  This package includes:

  1. The Venue - Your ceremony will be held at beautiful Harry P. Leu Gardens. Standard ceremonies at the gardens include:
    • Premium ceremony site.  Our favorite sites include The Rose Garden (photos below).
    • Bridal room for both bride and groom to get ready before the ceremony (available with this package only)
    • Complimentary seating for guests
    • This package is available Monday-Saturday, subject to venue's availability.
  2. Ceremony Officiant (The person who gets you married). All of our packages include:
    • The Officiant files the marriage license after the ceremony as required by State law.
  3. The Florida Marriage License by Mail Service
    • We will help you obtain you license ahead of time so that it would be ready the day of your wedding.

FAQ'S + DETAILS

How many people are allowed?
With the exception of the Leu Gardens Petite Wedding package, all o four ceremony packages accommodate a maximum of 22 people total including the bride.

How does everything work?

Our job is to make the process simple:

  • First, decide on a package, choose a wedding date, and contact us via email to check availability.
  • After we confirm availability, you will secure your date and venue with an electronic agreement and paid retainer. 
  • During the planning process we will help you obtain your Florida marriage license my mail, you will answer a short questionnaire with your flower options, ceremony requests, etc. and we'll take care of everything. You'll be guided every step of the way!
  •  The day of the wedding all you need to do is show up with your Florida marriage license, your rings, and get married!

Most of our couples tell us they can't believe the process was so easy and simple!

Our attendance is less than what the package allows. Does the package price changes?
No, it doesn't. The venue charges the same fee for an attendance range (for example - from 2 to 20). Therefore, there is no discount if you have no guests attending or less attendees than the maximum the venue allows.

Do you book weddings on weekends?
The Leu Garden package is the only venue available Monday-Saturday.  All other packages are available weekday mornings only. We don't book weddings on Sundays.

Are any of the venues available for an evening ceremony?
The Leu Garden package is the only ones available for an early PM ceremony. All other venues are only available in the morning before noon.  We do recommend a morning ceremony to avoid the occasional afternoon showers we get most of the year.

Is there a place to change?
No. You need to arrive dressed and ready to start, with the exception of the Leu Gardens Petite Wedding package.

Would there be seating for my guests?
Elopement packages don't include seating. Some ceremony and Petite wedding packages do. Please read the package description for details.

What are the requirements to get married in Florida?

  • To get married in Florida you need a Florida marriage license regardless of where you live.  
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • There is NO residency or waiting-period for non-Florida residents. Florida residents ONLY must wait 3 days after they obtain their license to get married. If you are NOT a Florida resident, your license is valid the same day!
  • If you live in the US, all you need is a valid State ID or Driver's License
  • If you don't live in the US, all you need is a valid passport
  • You do NOT need a Social Security card - only the number if you have one. If you are not a US Citizen, you don't need a Social Security Number.
  • You do NOT need birth certificates or divorce papers.  If you've been married before, all you need to know is the exact DATE of your divorce.

We are already legally married. Do we need a marriage license?
No, you do not. Vows renewals do not need a license because you are already married.

Is a Florida marriage valid at my Country?
A marriage performed in Florida is valid anywhere in the US, Canada, and the UK. For other Countries, please contact your local registrar for details. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.

What's included with the photographer?
The photographer will start taking photos when the ceremony starts followed by a bridal session at the same venue. It includes up to one hour of his/her time including the ceremony. The couple will receive all their edited high resolution digital photos (approximately 50-75 photos) with a print release via a download link approximately four weeks later.

Are travel, transportation, and/or accommodations included?
No. We only provide the actual ceremony service and do not arrange accommodations or transportation.  

Can you recommend a hotel?
It's Orlando! We can't really recommend a hotel. Orlando has hundreds of hotels and thousand of hotel rooms for all budgets! Check with your travel agent or online with review websites like TripAdvisor.

Do you have reception packages?
No, we don't. Couples eloping usually go to a restaurant to celebrate instead.

Can you suggest a restaurant for after ceremony in Orlando?
The following Orlando area restaurants arrange private dinning: 310 Park South, Seasons 52, Kres Chop House, Eddie V's SeafoodLe Coq au Vin (French Dinning), Chez Vincent, The Capital Grille, Ceviche, Christinis, Fogo de Chao (Brazilian Steakhouse), Bice Ristorante, Chatham's Place Restaurant, and Roy's.

Can you recommend stylists for bridal hair and makeup?
Yes, we can. Please check with any of the following experienced vendors:

Can you recommend someone for transportation from my hotel to the venue?
A lot of couples use Uber to travel between their place to the venue. However, if you'd like more traditional transportation check with any of the following limo companies:

Do we meet before the ceremony or can we meet up in person to discuss our ceremony?
No, we don't.  You will meet us for the first time the day of the ceremony, a few minutes before we start. However, we will communicate via phone and email, as many times as you need us, to make sure all the details are taken care of the day of your ceremony.

Can I write and read/recite my own vows?
Of course you can! You should be free to express how you feel about each other on your own way!

Do you perform same-sex ceremonies?
Yes, we do!

How far in advanced can I reserve your services or a package?
We can check availability for a venue no more than a year out.

What happens if I have to postpone my date?
You will have to sign a new agreement and submit a new retainer. 

What happens after I book a package?
Our team will get to work right away! If you booked a paid venue, we will secure the venue right away. You will also receive a detailed email with all the information you need the day of the ceremony.

We are Hector and Mya, owners of Elope to Orlando, LLC.  We are published professional photographers, Notaries,  parents to four beautiful girls and two spoiled dogs.  We started our wedding company in 2004 as Florida Wedding Services. In  2007 we decided to specialize in beach weddings (Beach Weddings in Florida, LLC) and in 2016 we revamped our business one more time to arrange  elopements only. We also operate a full-time boudoir photography studio.

Since 2004 we’ve had the privilege and honor of celebrating love with more than 1,500 couples from around the world!  Orlando is the best place to get married in Florida. There is so much to do in addition to the Themed Parks and tourist attractions.  That's why so many of our couples keep coming back year after year. We are so lucky to be able to keep in touch throughout the years with so many couples. :-)
